Returns & Exchanges Policy

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason with the exception of receiving the wrong product.  All sells are final. A store credit will be given for any damaged products. The store credit must be used within 30 days. Send us an email at info@sDivaConnections1973.com with the following:

- Recipient name, order number, as well as a screenshot of your order summary.

- Also, include a photo upload as a source of proof that the wrong item was received.
